Returns/Exchange Policy
- All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled.
- In case an order is placed immediately before a sale is announced, the order cannot be edited or cancelled. A client may cancel their order but the partial advance received will not be refunded.
- We accept returns in case of damages in transit (only with an unboxing video) or manufacturing defects.
- As we take videos while before packing goods, its imperative the unboxing video is taken by client to support us with claiming the damages from different shipping companies. Without it, a return, refund or exchange will not be borne by Objectry
- Products purchased under any promotional offer or sales or have any customisation cannot be exchanged/returned (as store credit only).
- A client may request for images before dispatch of the specific piece being sent to them, and the team will comply. Orders once received not meeting expectations, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Please email us to orders@objectry.com with your order number and details along with a photo of the damage, within 24 hours of receiving the order along with an unboxing video. This is done to claim the damage from the shipping company.
- An order delayed in transit, cannot be cancelled. Shipping companies are third party vendors that we work with in order to deliver your goods to your doorstep. Objectry can take no responsibility for delay of delivery, except following up.
- Objectry will replace any incorrect items sent as a 1% human error.
- All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the customer (Unless the order received is incorrect)
- Any order asked to be put "on hold" by a customer will levy warehousing charges that will start from INR1500 for any furniture pieces. Objects may be made an exception depending on their size.
- An order lost in transit which has been denied by client on delivery even once, will not be borne by Objectry.
- In order to exchange, product should be in the state you received it and in the original packaging.
- To be eligible for any kind of return for store credit, the back and forth shipping along with 2.5% transaction cost is to be borne by the customer.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
We will process store credits after the returned goods have been received in original condition and packaging. Your order total will be refunded as store credit only, minus costs for shipping and handling each way along with 2.5% transaction cost, within 7 working days after we receive & check the returned goods.
